This research investigates mainly the employment factor.
In so doing, we made an attempt to shed some light on the latter through job market and its multiple facets.
We made as well, an attempt to dicuss the unemployment phenomenon and its evaluation.
To wind up this study we made a field work on employement in Tamanrasset by emphasazing job supply and demand particularily through the followings: age classes; work types; professions; levels of proficiency and competency; sexe; law and regulations.
