Purpose : The study is primarily designed to determine the effect of the organizational diagnosis dimensions in promoting Job Embeddedness clothing factory in Najaf, where the study focused on a sample of workers at the plant under study.
On the basis of realistic problem directly affect the environment and business organizations, especially the productive organizations have diagnosed the problem questionably major study : "What is the impact of organizational diagnosis in promoting Job Embeddedness for workers in the men's clothing factory in Najaf" .
But rooting philosophical foundations study was based model (Saeed and Wang, 2014) to measure organizational diagnosis, which consists of four dimensions (leadership, organizational structure, strategy, systems) and model (Mitchell et al., 2001) to measure the Job Embeddedness which includes three dimensions (Fit-organizational and organizational links organizational sacrifice).
Methodology : The study is based questionnaire as a key tool in collecting data and information as well as some personal interviews with respondents who have internalized a set of leaders and followers in the garment sample plant reached the actual number (950) of engineers, technicians and production services and workers' direct and administrative services, and the questionnaires distributed (300) questionnaire, and the number of questionnaires recovered (152) questionnaire at a rate (50.7 %) and was the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis has been reached (111) to identify a rate (37 %).
Theoretical results : the display shows the previous literature and there is a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between organizational diagnosis and functional inclusion in organizations in general and in the productive organizations in particular.
Practical results : The results showed a correlation effect for diagnosing organizational dimensions combined career modulated dimensions combined, which means interest and the pursuit of the garment factory management study sample application and implementation of strategies and policies, organizational diagnosis at the field level would enhance the impact of career embedding.
