Abstract EN

As it known Iraq is one of the top countries that concern palms agriculture and the ways of increasing it, due to convenient climate and perfect nature to grow good quality of palms farms, in addition, the appropriate areas and the abundance of water can also help to increase this kind of farms.

the production of dates is most important issue in Iraq because it support its economy, therefore we show enough interest about the date's industry, specially if we take in consideration the latest technologies that can be adopted in the field.

Iraq in general and especially Baghdad has all the fundamental and necessary geographic elements to develop date's industry.

in this study we are going to present brief profile of the main factory of dates in Iraq, it is the Iraqi company for production and marketing dates, we give simple vision on the infrastructure unite of the factory ,and the production operation steps of packing and marketing dates, in terms of the contributed parts of the commercial shares there are two sectors : the first one is mixed (combined) sector and it has (26 %) while the second sector (public sector ) has (74 %) of gross amount.

The study deals with the biggest problems may the factory face it during operations of packing and compressing dates, including the production lines and environmental problems and many other issues, the study presented also some conclusions like the great effort that the company made it to expand and develop the factory through some profitable and economic projects.

like the international system of Iso with rate (22000) (Haccp System) which was used in 2015 and it was known flame system, the company also try hard to apply hazard analysis system.

The factory working class has (80 %) is female workers while the rest of workers (20 %) is male workers.

The Researcher submits her suggestions to both of (company and factory) to carrying out the proposed projects and to apply the system of hazard analysis.
