Abstract EN

This subject deals with the Algerian frontiers in terms of research and geopolitical dynamic beyond the sovereignty constants and territorial transformations, which constitutes a research axis national Algerian security in front of actual regional mutations and a serious problematic in the name of this question : How it could be possible to face the regional mutations on the Algerian frontiers on the light of sovereignty constants ? This latter constitutes a start point to study other questions, where interferes a lot of topics: Security, frontiers, the sovereignty constants and the perspective of treating according to the international rules (negotiation, cooperation, partnership) to solve those dilemmas and construct consensual platforms in territorial space.
