Abstract EN

Most of the institutions seek to succeed in its operations and activities and they work all the time to build a unique strategic and competitive status to secure its development and survival, and to improve its performance in the changing environment within which it operates.

So, the institution is obliged to adapt with those variables to secure its place in the market.

The system of strategic vigilance is important for societies in achieving competition through following the rapid developments and changes and to get benefit from the opportunities that are given to it, and to avoid all their negative effects .

Through this study that consists of two parts; theoretical and practical, we will try to highlight this importance.
