Autism disorder is considered as one of the most influential developmental disorders, which affects various aspects of growth, either physical, mental, emotional or social of the child.

It is of the evolutionary handicaps which is still surrounded by a lot of ambiguity in all aspects, especially the agreement on identifying the causative factors.

As a result of differing systems of intellectual and theoretical explanatory frameworks for this disorder stands out the difficulty of accurate diagnosis of this disorder because of the similarity of its symptoms and sometimes overlap with other disorders, including mental retardation, psychosis, hearing impairment and others.

Therefore, we must get specific information, so that the symptoms are diagnosed accurately, to provide curative, integrated rehabilitative services needed to improve and develop the child in all respects at the same time.
