The motivation in the institution is a fundamental process by virtue of its impact on the individual and intuitional performance, the attention to the workers in terms of material and moral through of the reward and development of his abilities and refractor, all this makes the worker feel stable and satisfied, which reflects positively on the level of his performance thus achieving his goals and goals of the institution.
From that Sandpoint we will focus in this article on the process of motivation and performance of the worker in the institution

La motivation dans l’entreprise est un processus essentiel en raison de son impact sur la performance individuelle et institutionnelle, étant donné que l’attention au travailleur en termes physiques et morales par la récompense et le développement de ses capacités et compétences, tout cela rend le travailleur se sent stable et satisfait ce qui reflet positivement sur le niveau de sa performance et donc atteindre ses buts et les objectifs de l’entreprise à la fois.
À partir de ce point nous nous concentrerons dans cet article sur le processus de motivation et la performance du travailleur dans l’entreprise
