The compensation is the trace resulting from civil liability, and it is of two types, a reforming compensation and punitive compensation.

The former focuses on the damage and its direct objective is to compensate the injured as far as the damage that occurred.

It is mainly depended upon by the French légal school, as well as the Algerian law.

The latter concentrâtes on the behavior of the person responsible for the damage.

It aims to charge that person's shameful behavior pimished.

This kind of compensation is adopted by common law states.

So, I see that the second type has an active rôle in the civil liability system.

In addition to its rôle in repairing the damage, it may have a rôle in the reform of the behavior of the person did the damage itself, especially if this behavior has the right damage to the community as a whole, not a particular person alone.

So, the best way to fîx this damage is to give up such a harmful behavior.
