Abstract EN

The study had dealt with important issues related to E-commerce and improving it, where the Check condition along with its pre-designed rules and conditions, forms a solid foundation in the protection of e-consumers who is confronting the strongly experienced merchants.

It is found that although the Checking condition had proved its importance in providing the e-consumers with the needed protection, along with the ability of this checking to provide the consumer protection needed and making it more easy for the e-buyers to make his buying decision, after making sure about the product quality and functionality that he exactly need it, with all the above, the legal system seems not matching up with the check condition and does not present it in the proper way; the legal system still does have special adequate legal provisions to organize it to enable the check provision to perform his role in the protection of e-consumers.
