Therefore, it is necessary to tackle such issue; since being distinct from other surgeries and medical operations, under the general rules regulating civil liability in civil law as well as the specific rules of the UAE medical liability law, as an attempt to find legal rules determining the controls regulating the procedures for such surgical and medical operations.
