Abstract EN

This paper discusses the execution of laws relating to the objective conditions of marriage.

With the deployment of both analytical and comparative approaches vis-à-vis article 11(eleven) of Algerian civil laws modified in the laws 05-10 on June 20 -2005, the present study aims at appreciating the extent to which this law contributes in resolving most of the conflicts resulting from laws-related complications of mixed marriages.
