The objective of this study is to try to examine the relationship between the variables of the neo-institutional approach such as: ideas, interests and institutions, and the behavior of actors in Algeria in the policy of health, as well as the ability to apply this approach in Algeria as a voice of developing countries.
Given the enthusiasm may have had in the developed countries, the researcher wanted to check while this approach may be useful to understand the misalignments observed in the health sector in Algeria ,from the study of reforms have affected the health policy over the past two decades.
The results have shown the possibility of applying the neo-institutional approach to the study of public policy in Algeria, provided you have accurate data, and it is applied in a rigorous manner.

L’objectif de cette étude est de vérifier la relation qui existe entre les variables de l’approche néo-institutionnelle telle que : les idées, les intérêts et les institutions d’une part, et les comportements des acteurs en Algérie dans les politiques de santé d’autre part, ainsi que l’aptitude d’appliquer cette approche en Algérie en tant que pays en voix de développement.
Devant l’engouement qu’a pu avoir dans les pays développées, le chercheur a voulu vérifier si cette approche peut être utile pour comprendre les désajustements observés au sein du secteur de la santé en Algérie à partir de l’étude des reformes qui ont touché la politique de sante au cours des deux dernières décennies.
Les résultats obtenus ont pu montrer la possibilité d’appliquer l’approche néo-institutionnelle pour l’étude des politiques publiques en Algérie, à condition d’avoir des données exactes, et qu’elles soient appliquées d’une manière rigoureuse.
