دور الرقابة في تقديم الخدمة الصحية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية : الأخطاء الطبية نموذجا

Abstract EN

The present study aims to identify the control role in providing health service in the Algerian public hospitals through answering the following questions: 1) What is the reality of health service in the Algerian public hospitals? 2) Is there an effective control in these hospitals can limit the excess and errors of the health users on individuals seeking medical health? The study was conducted through participant observation in Mohammed Sedik Ben Yahya Hospital in jijel.

As well as the analysis of the content of some documents and articles from news papers .Shourouk and Elkhabar .

Results of the study have shown the existence of cases of neglect and the occurrence of medical errors resulting from non-compliance with professional ethics by some health users.
