Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture on the performance in Sudanese banking sector.

The study depended on the questionnaire as a main source for primary data collection, besides the SPSS program in data processing and analyzing.

The study indicated the existence of a relationship and an impact of organizational culture on performance with its various dimensions (financial performance, domestic operations, growth and learning) in the banking sector.

The study calls for the necessity to raise the awareness and knowledge of the concept of organizational culture.
