This research seeks to monitor Arab modernists efforts in the field of specialized lexicography; by focusing on Arabic grammar field, as will be defined grammar dictionaries, and the statement of assets heritage, and a review of the most important types, according to three criteria: the target group, and the field of knowledge, and the number of languages, in addition to clarify the objectives of these classifications seek to achieve them; whether they are educational, or linguistic, or cultural.
