English Abstract

This research aims at discussing the subject of linguistic competence and communicative competence in order to answer an existing problem that exists in teaching Arabic language after the spread of the weakness of oral language among learners and their writings.They are also unable to build communicative bridges with fluent language, although they know the necessary rules of Arabic language.

Now, does the learners possession of the linguistic competency with its various aspects permit to develop then communicative skills (oral and written) in different situations of communication ?
