Abstract EN

This research attempts to draw an image of Mamdouh in Arqalah Al-Kalbi's poetry,one of the overwhelmed poets of the Ayyubid dynasty, who had strong connections with the Ayyubids.

They liked gathering and mingling with him, including notably Salah Adin.

Then, the poet praised them, glorified their heroism, and elevated their qualities whether they were liberality, generosity or courage.

He also urged the Ayyubids to fight the Crusaders.

After that, he marked the issue of the religious conflict of that era, which represents their motivation to defend Islam and unite the Islam nation.

It's been noticed that Arqalah's poetry was characterized to be tender, moderate in using artistc improvers as well as be passionate, which was caused by the nature of the age's events.
