The aim of this paper is to highlight the concept of outsourcing strategy and determine its positives and phases of application and success factors by referring to the experience of India as a leader in the outsourcing market.

Finely the research has been reached to the methodology suggestions which can help to enter to the outsourcing industry in Algeria.
