The Cabinet of Haider Al-Ebady face many challenges.

First of these is the control of terrorist organization of Daeesh on many Iraqi cities.

This challenge cast a lot from Iraqi budget and the yearly balance.

This war needs a lot of many furthermore the other challenges.

Mr Ebady said in more than one occasion that he is going to move correction to improve the security, economical, political situation in Iraq.

The research deals with those above things.

The research investigate with the suitable chances for Ebady to get the corrections.

The view that Ebady adopted programmed is to treat the challenges that face Iraq in different fields.

The freedom of Ebady is not absolute in choosing ministers.

He has to go back to the parliament to give them the confidence.

He has to get the view of the political sides to nominate the ministers.

Those things reject the prime minister to go ahead in this corrective programme
