Abstract EN

This study aimed to interpret the relationship between the personal variables of political science students of Al albayt University (gender, age, income and housing ) and the proposed solutions to the main effects of the Syrian refugee crises in Jordan.

The main hypothesis in the study states that there is a correlation between the personal variables and the proposed solutions according to the perceptions of political science students.

To achieve the study goals and examine this relationship the researcher used a survey method to collect the neseccery data by a list of questions aimed at extracting specific data from a sample of (270) respondents selected systemically from Al albayt University's students.

The study reached the following results: the first conclusion of the study was that the most urgent solutions were the social solutions then the economic solutions came in the seconded rank and the cultural solutions came third, while the political solutions came last.

The second conclusion argued that the urban population was the most affected among the other Jordanian areas.

The study provided a number of recommendations: the most important is the need for directing some of aid specified to the Syrian refuges to the poor Jordanians, and the Jordanian government should place severe restrictions on movements and prevent refugees from working - fearing they will take jobs from locals
