Due to the fact, Iraqi Kurdistan Region is enjoying considerable security stability since the nineties of the last century.

Add to this the decisions enacted by the local governments among which law, enactment and removing the difficulties that hinder their work in order to attract the foreign capitals, the private sector in particular.
