This study aimed at finding out job relations in public Jordanian universities and their relationship with morale and job performance of faculty members.
The population of the study consisted of all the members and academic department heads in public Jordanian universities .
A stratified random sample consisting of 500 members and 150 department heads was drawn from the population .
To collect data , three questionnaires were constructed , the first was for job relations , the second was for morale , and the third was for job performance.
Validity and reliability of the three tools were verified.
The findings of the study were : -The job relations level of members was high .
The mean was (3.88) with standard deviation of (0.55).
-The morale level of members was high .
The mean was (3.96) with standard deviation of (0.74).
-The job performance level of members was high .
The mean was (3.97) with standard deviation of (0.58) -There was positive significant relationship at (α≤0.05) between job relations level , and morale level of members The correlation coefficient value was (0.60) .
-There was positive significant relationship at (α≤0.05) between job relations level , and job performance of members.
The correlation coefficient value was (0.41)
