Abstract EN

The study aimed at exploring the obstacles of using E-learning that Amman Arab University students faced and in solving these obstacles.

The descriptive analytical method was employed.

The sample comprised of (237) students, (141) Bachelor students, and (96) Master students.

The sample was randomly chosen representing 14.3% of the population.

A 28-item Questionnaire was developed after proving its Validity and reliability.

As shown in the results, 73% of Master students faced obstacles in E-learning while only 59% of Bachelor students had problems with it.

In the light of the study results, the researchers suggest that there should be motivations for E-learning users and using E-learning should be part of their assessment
