Abstract EN

The main purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the efficiency of economic system.

The basic rules and standards that can be employed to measure the economic system efficiency include justice principle and social cohesion, to name some.

However, the essence of the study is how to read these rules and standards.

What matters is the evaluative reading rather than the classical reading.

Evaluative reading is concerned with measuring the total impact and utilities on peoples resulting from economic policies.

While, classical reading emphasizes merely the implanted activities, programs and outputs of economic policies.

Such reading cannot enable us to extract accurately the efficiency of economic system.

This study accentuated the evaluative reading superiority.
