Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to adopt the strategies of digital conversion of information and its effect on improving the service provided to the beneficiaries.

The problem of research is crystallized by the very limited attention to the digital transfer, ie, the electronic archiving of the information issued by the governor's office, the statement of its role at the time of completion of the request of the beneficiary and the speed of service delivery.

The purpose of the research is to determine the time of completion of the beneficiary's request, the speed of service delivery, the total costs of electronic and traditional paper archiving to show their effect on the issuance of the governor's office and for future application.

The research community was the council of Najaf Governorate.

The research was applied in governor's office.

The researcher adopted the accounting principles in calculating the total costs, percentages and averages for obtaining the results.

The research reached many conclusions, the most important of which is that the digital conversion strategy reduces the time of completion of the request for beneficiaries, the speed of service delivery, as well as the reduction of the total costs.

The most important recommendations are the implementation of the digital conversion strategy or electronic archiving in all sections and divisionsof the governorate office, because it is able to reduce the time of completion of the request and the speed of delivery of service and the total costs, which can be invested in the completion of more requests to the beneficiary, and speed of service satisfaction and development of employees.
