Abstract EN

The current research aimed at to demonstrate the role of "Strategic investment of talented human resources in promoting sport talent", where the research has presented theoretical principles concerned the strategic investment of talented human resources and sport talent, the researcher strives to test relation and effect of strategic investment of human resources as dependent variable of its limited dimensions( recruitment, training and knowledge) on the talent as response variable ( depended).

And the national center of sponsoring the sport talent affiliated to the ministry of youth and sport as filed study.

And the researcher carried daily field existence and negotiating individuals and interviews a number of the center official to be well-informed of what is happening in the center and ostriches preventing its devolvement and ways of restricting them.

A questionnaire was used as statistical instrument to test the validity of the specified hypotheses, they are correlation and influence, and data were analyzed according to IBM spss v.22 via statistical instruments represented by: (percentage, repetition, mean, Cronbach's Alpha, Guttman, standard deviation , correlation coefficient ( person) and simple linear decline).

Where the analysis has accessed a number of results most important of them, there existed moral correlation relation between the strategic investment of human resources and the talent , also there existed moral effect of strategic investment in the talent.

After discussing the results the researcher has approached a number of conclusions most important of them, the investment of human resources effected positively on the sport talent and the work with the knowledge strategy enhances the sport talent, accordingly, the research presented a collection of recommendations , most important of them confirmed on develop work in the national project center and to increase caring of it and to keep those talented athletes and not restricted the age group (sixteen years old) as it is valid now.

Besides increasing caring knowledge being a cause to achieve distinguishing for the organizations via spreading science and knowledge among its individuals.
