The current research is aimed to know the effect of teaching the history of the European modern and contemporary In the collection of study for students of the fifth literary, And to verify that the goal of the research and the zero researcher developed: There is no statistically significant difference When the level of significance (0.05), Between the average scores of the experimental group students Who are studying the history of modern and contemporary European according to the strategy (5E, s) and the average score of the control group students Who are studying the same material according to ordinary method (traditional) In achievement test.
The researcher sample chosen Students from the fifth literary of Khalis Educational directorate among the schools in Khalis Center Of (3) preparatory schools Selected preparatory Al Rowad boys school to apply the experience and identified the sample (82) student By (41) student the experimental group studying according to the strategy (5E, s), and (41) student of the control group studying according to the traditional method, the two groups have been rewarded In variables (chronological age measured in Months, IQ test (Raven), the educational attainment of the parents, And test scores last year) After identified the scientific article which included the first three quarters of European history book of modern and contemporary scheduled to be taught to students in the fifth grade literary in order to measure the achievement of students in two groups of search which studied by the researcher herself, Tested at the end of the experiment Through achievement test Of multiple choice It consists of (20) items The four alternatives And used “Altaia” test for two independent samples in the data processing, The results resulted in Outweigh the experimental group students who have studied the history of the European modern and contemporary on according to the (5E, s), strategy The control group students who studied the same material in the usual the traditional method.
