Historical similarities between Fatwa of Shiite supreme clergymen to prohibit Tobacco (Tenpak) to Sufficiency Jihad.

The study historically analyzes the similarities between the Fatwa of Tobacco (Tenpak) of the supreme Shiite clergyman Mohammed Hassan Shirazi in 1891, and the Fatwa of Sistani of "Sufficiency Jihad" in 2014 to face the Takfiris extremist of The Islamic State of Iraq and Levant ISIL.

The study thesis is based on the following questions: 1- The benefit of the Fatwa of the supreme clergymen to deal with and solve political, economic and security crisis.

2- The results and the dimensions of both Fatwas.

The similarities between the Fatwa of Tobacco (Tenpak) in 1891 and the Fatwa of Sistani of Sufficiency Jihad in 2014 within the current events in Iraq and Iran.
