Abstract EN

This studyaims to investigate the level of Burn-outamong a sample of workingwives at Annaba city health institutions and the differences in bun-out level due to somedemographic variables (age, family type, type of work, workexperience).

To realizestudy goals the researcherused descriptive method and the Maslach Burnout Inventory wasadapted to the Algerian parameters and the studysampleafterexamining the psychometricparameters of the tool (validity, reliability).

The participants were 280 workingwive.

Afteranalyzing the data the results show thatthereis a lowlevel of burn-outamongworkingwives and there are no significantdifferences in bun-out level due to demographic variables.
