Abstract EN

Due to the Sharp Competition in dynamic affair environment, employer affiance considered the important factors that contribute environment adaptation through determination good thoughts and Views to reach new models.

Efficient sides present multiple abilities of workers which harmony with competition factors for both internal and external environments (Strengths and weaknesses points, Opportunities and Threats) to achieve company aims which are productivity and service.

For the Success of Organization adaptation for compotation factors, it is important to build principle abilities which can stand to achieve continuous success and long remain in environment with the dominance of continuous changes and technological development.

If the organization affair wants to be dominant and become in reliable position it must assure their abilities with different internal and external environment to its competition and get used from them to its benefits to make that too clear on its activities, in respect to the study samples that presents activities of service organization activities side, i.e.

private financial sector in Iraq.

From the employee efficiency and competition factors that company with it on principle activities, the study confirm main hypothesis that with their clear interaction finance parasail epistasis for sample chosen banks due to the comparison among them on the basis of some financial parameters which are used by many authors in financial affairs (( Return On Investment (R.O.I) , Return on Equity (R.O.E), Price – Earnings Ratio (PIE) )) from the period 2001 to 2004.

The most important conclusions for both theoretical and practical sides which revealed by this study that banks that their individuals have employer efficiency make it consume what its stored from their employer efficiency with their internal and external environmental limit, make it able for epistasis on financial appraisal competitor.

The level of banks arrangement on the idea of level competition was (First, Second and third ).

For banks (Baghdad, Iraqi trade and Iraqi Investor ), respectively.

Hence, for these competition levels, there were different profits among them due to bank services produced to the customers.

The study came with some recommendation which the most important was the wishes of service affair organization to remain in competition environment as the way in private affair sector for the sample study, the get any Opportunities and Threats computation and get benefit from it, to principle abilities and an increase in cultural knowledge for workers (employers), and improve internal environment, this is important for both Iraqi banks trade and investor.
