Abstract EN

In history, the global economy depends on the small and medium enterprises, when it affected by different variables: cultural, political, economic and social and of environment in which it live, this type of enterprises create added value to contribute to the development of society in various areas of sustainable development and it help to strengthen the national industry through integration with big enterprises, and spread in various economic sectors.

However, the risk of dependence on hydrocarbons as a major supplier of the nation is imposed to diversify its economy by focusing on entrepreneurship especially innovative as the core strategic objective and the driving force to economies resilience, making Algeria to took a significant interest in the sector of small and medium enterprises because of its positive effects on the level of individual and society who will be studying in this paper.
