Abstract EN

The research aims to determine role of technological innovation in achieving high Value for business of production organization in the province of Duhok based on a hypothetical model that takes into account the nature of the relationship found between tow variables .Two basic hypotheses were set to test the correlation and effect.

To achieve the research objective and complete it is requirements the researchers prepared theoretical framework to benefit from the literature relevant to the subject of the study ,and selected a group of production organization to represent the empirical sample of study.

The study sample consisted (47) employees in these organizations and a questionnaire from was developed for collecting the empirical data.

The results were analyzed using a number of appropriate statistical techniques ,and research concluded a number of conclusion stating the most important of them that there is interest in technological innovation but less interest in the high value of business.

The research started some recommendations including the need for the investigated production organizations to pay attention to the variable that aid them to achieve a high value for their business.
