Abstract EN

This study deals with the variant perspectives of administrative leadership and its role in improving the performance of organizations in order to conceptualize the relation between the two variants from the linkage and the effect which are reflected by these administrative leaderships , This effect refers to the ability of organizations (data test) to achieve the organized performancein term of providing services to customers with high quality in a way makes it different from other organizations .

The scope of this study is Zakho university with about (40) subjects depending on towhypothes by using co-relation and downgrading in the research test and its hypothesis by using SPSS software program in which the researcher finds out : 1.

The leader mood the leader practices in organization enables him to lead the group in a particular way in order to get the certainaims .

In fact , this mood focuses on the necessity of the updating leadership within the organizations which leads to continuous improvement in the performance of workers in a way organizations could find new methods of employing.

The democratic system facilitates the process of evaluating the human resources and preparing a good policy for promotion because it focuses on the perfect choice of persons to have higher employment in the systematic level.

However, the reasons of the advance in the knowledge are to explore intelligent leaders who could accomplish their takes perfectly and transparently.
