أسباب ضعف تبوأ المرأة للمناصب القيادية من وجهة نظر العاملين في المؤسسات الحكومية في مدينة دهوك

The research aimed to know the reasons behind the weak representation of women in leadership according to the opinions of the people who work in the governmental establishments in Duhok city, and to know whether there is an statistical difference between the answers of the participants according to the variable of sex and the period of work .

The sample of research consisted of 250 persons.

In order to achieve the research aims the researchers made an open questioner and distributed it among the participants, then made the closed questioner and made sure of its validity by the opinions of experts and if reliability by the Test-Retest method.

The statistical means used were Independent Sample T-Test , One way Anova , Fisher and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.

The results showed that there are 41 vertebras were meaningful and that there are no differences according to the variable of sex and period of working in scaling the reasons.

At the end of the research some reconditions and suggestions were set by the two researchers.
