This brief research, as the researcher claims, deals with the most important bases and principles in the field of politics and war, and the state administration.

The research has been distinguished by its important title as it highlights an important aspect in the life of the Islamic nation, where it talks about the defense strategy definition within the Islamic political system body, and its legitimacy in Islam, and its relationship to the state administration.

It joins the authentic glorious past with the present and the future, that generations aspires to.

At first, it talks about the defense strategy definition in the language and terminology, its position in the state administration and its legitimacy in Islam, and the relationship of this strategy with the state administration and its political, military security elements, and other state institutions.
