Abstract EN

The study attempts to look into the role of dimensions of visionary leadership in the knowledge process investment and offer a contemporary theoretical framework that highlights the most prominent contributions of authors and researchers concerning both the study variables.

The study also presents a practical analysis framework of the opinions of a selected sample within the population of the study especially towards the independent variable of visionary leadership.

The dependent variable of the study is embodied in the knowledge processes can be considered an important field that can bring about developments in all areas of life including, innovation, the information revolution, and strategic leadership in the world of business management, the research sought to determine the relationship between visionary leadership and the promotion of knowledge in the faculties of the University of Salahaddin- Erbil, and determine its impact in order to diagnose and clarify the range of support of these organizations.

The number of those (professors and assistant professors who do not have management positions in Salahaddin University) who returned the questionnaire (110) of the total teaching (209) teaching, the response rate of 52.63%, relying on a questionnaire form as the main tool to collect field data and information.

The researcher used the descriptive analysis approach as a methodology of the study.

The results verified the hypotheses of relations and impact between the variables of research in varying degrees.
