Abstract EN

The interest of the recent business organizations nowadays gets increased to meet the customers' needs in a competed climate and extremely disturbed environment which place the managers in these organizations under the effect of many stresses, where they are required to have many entrepreneurial skills such as technical, administrative, and personal skills in order to lead their organizations toward a good management through which they will contest and overwhelmed others as well as participate in an inventing structure which enables the business organization to find new products and inventing business.

That challenges required to have ruled in a proper and systematic way in order to reduce their effect on doing the activities of the organization.

The research aimed to determine the entrepreneurial skills that are needed for managers which will enable them to manage the different risks, that are faced their organizations through informing and analyzing different points of view of the administrators in a number of constructive organizations in Duhok city.

The research predicted the existing of some theoretical differences in the sample’s opinions toward the research exchanges because of the difference in their skills level from one organization to another.

They also vary in using the tools of managing the business risks they are facing in the work.

The research also have suggested the searching organization to depend on developed and exercised programs to participate in raising the skills level of their managers in order to avoid the fronting risks during their work.
