The problem of disability and disabled persons of the problems associated with development issues and problems rise in the proportion of disability and disabled persons, which is a waste of human potential, so I took third world country, planning for the integration of persons with disabilities in the community and working to change attitudes and values and general ideology about disability and disabled and has developed a social policy to provide better treatment for the disabled and rehabilitation and benefit of human energies and capabilities, and so on the grounds that the disabled, like other members of the community have the right to life and development as far as it enables them to their abilities and their energies.

And to show people with disabilities need education in order to enable them to develop their abilities and aptitudes inside the Great Society We cannot achieve development in a full and complete only invest these energies.

For this basis Education is a key factor in making the disabled are able to enable them to continue life and education is a key factor and a major development, development factors, this research aims to reveal the role of education and its relationship to enable These categories and know the most important programs, trends and goals that develop their abilities and what are the means by which Jeb provided for educational abilities development and diagnosis of the most important causes and factors that lead to enable them inside the Great Society and the elimination of marginalization factors despite the fact that there are numbers of sizeable achieved high scientific ranks and especially category blind.

That our research consists of the first part, and which elements of the major search includes the (importance of research and objectives of basic scientific and terminology that make up the Find It (education, empowerment, people with special needs.) While the second section to ensure all terms of trends, objectives and programs and teaching aids for people with special needs and finally the conclusions of the research
