This paper deals with the subject of responsibility of international organizations for their actions illegal in contemporary international law on the grounds that international organizations are from the persons that have evolved in the light of international law.

They are subject to the rules of international responsibility, and penalties prescribed for it.

So we address the concept of responsibility of international organizations, legal basis, attribution of this responsibility to them, and the pillars of this responsibility.
