Abstract EN

Peaceful co-existence is considered to be the main pillar for a successful society .

This can be largely ascribd to cultural , scientific and technical attiudes of its members ; repect for all faiths, sects , denominations , and ideologies of all society "s constituents , and to distance human self from all intellectual and ideological perversions which undoubtedly turn society into an ignorant one in which tribal and ethnic conflicts prevail .

The definition of the Peaceful co-existence has been dealt with in terms of its emergence , derivation of the term both linguistically and terminologically , and types of Peacefull coexistence .

Moreover , the most important bases which support and sustain this phenomenon have been tackled , as well as the understanding horizons to maintain national cohesion in our country with regard to freedom that firs the requirements of the political and security conditions .

On the other hand , the paper deals with another aspect that is the justice and equality in the formation of the consecutive governments that ruled Iraq since 2003 until the present and what extents the application of justice and equality have been achieved in the political , social , cultural and economic spheres of life .

Another important topic is the promotion of the dialogue culture and the acceptance of the other's opinion which is the circle on which the political process in Iraq relies on to preserve rights and win the trust of people .

In addition , we tackled the Peaceful co-existence as an ideal path for the national unity and how it can be fostered to avoid the political and security crisis .

At the end , we have come up with some conclusions that may help against the dangers of divisions and dispersion .
