Abstract EN

This research treated the problematic of adjusting fatwa changes in contemporary calamity, as well as adjusting the realisation of Shari'a objectives and its assists, with the rest of the partial evidences in jurisprudence view on contemporary calamity and its relation with fixing path of Fiqh and Usul scholars, through the different stages of Islamic jurisprudence.

When a new social, economic or political calamity happens, even individual or collective, who is legally qualified to decide in this calamity? What is the relationship between the nature of the calamity and its real geography, in precising the designed mien to decide on it? This study concluded that it is necessary to reclassify the contemporary calamity going with the nature of our age, and the specificities of the calamity
