During the cold war , the terrorist actions depended mainly on average members of national convention as armed raids , attacks, murders, hostage taking , suicides attacks, …these actions were limited in the space and the time and less depending on technologies.

Whereas, during the decade followings the end of the cold war period called globalization leaned on the boom which knew the revolution of technology and information to reach their goals..for instance by blackmails, and anthrax attacks Globalization upset and revolutionized the notion space-time.

Our perception of the time changed due to the information..it is a major step forward in the humanity history, especially in the crystallization of a universal consciousness.

besides, the space perception becomes different as we entered the virtual reality.
