The Intelligence Emotional is one of the modern themes, and also is new in the science of management, that because he shows how important the capacities of the individual and his understanding and ability to interact with others on the one hand, as well as in the work environment in the organization, he aims to address the emotional information of the individual and the feelings of others, intelligence emotional has a positive role in building strong relationships with individuals and that by directing the feelings of others in a positive direction of the individual and the organization.
So This paper aims to show the importance of intelligence emotional for individual "leader" on the one hand, and the organization on the other hand in order to achieve excellence at all levels; the development of the means of increasing customers satisfaction, which serve the objectives of organizations
