The role of the banking system's performance is one of the conditions for the success of the Basel conventions in general, and especially the accord on the Basel "2" Committee, particularly in Algeria.The banking system is in charge of the implementation of the reforms and policies formulated by the Basel Committee.This is what gives the Algerian banking system an active role in moving the monetary and fiscal policy, which is considered as a center for creating economic stability in the short and long term and it uplifted the level of national output.
