All business organizations with different types, activities and size are facing new challenges, which have been started since they were in front of a wave of changes without an opportunity to find other options.

We have to mention here the most important conditions, which pushed organizations to think clearly to find solutions, to say the least, smart solutions in there competitive position, in different term, it is the strategic solutions for the management of competitive position in a way to maintain more success.

Starting from the impact of economic globalization and dealing with international organizations reaching to the Maghreb and Euro-Mediterranean partnership, it became necessary to increase alertness for each variable threatening the presence of organizations in the market or withdraws its market share.

From here, we ask the main question of this paper: What are the smart practices for conducting and managing the competitive positions of business organizations?
