Abstract EN

This study aimed to shed light on the concept of Total Quality in the Islamic perspective and statement of assets that underpin and from which, It also aims to highlight the most important influences in the application of this concept, which is reflected positively or negatively, whether in Islamic or Western culture.

One of its goal is to highlight on the evidence of this concept in Islam.

The study provided several results, The most important is that this concept is based on a set of principles and public assets in Islam, such as perfection and charity, reform, and wisdom, there are a set of Influential factor in the application of this concept.

The most important factors are the influential Belief, and political, economic, social and moral factors.

The research explained that all the principles of quality in Western thought has already been referred in Islam, and the approach was clear in its instructions, directives, and applications.
