Abstract EN

This study aims at illustrating the legitimacy of investment in merged firms according to Islamic laws.

The study begins with a clear definition of the concept of merged firms and their types.

Then, it moves to discuss the possibilities of the investment in such companies in accordance to Sharee’a Laws.

It addresses the various cases of investments and explains the Islamic point of view for each case.

The study concludes with related issues that might seem problematic to Muslim investors in merged companies.
