Abstract EN

This research tackles studying an important issue that occupied the minds of scientists, past and present, it’s the issue of woman traveling with a “mahram”.

This issue was studied, objectively and analytically, through the “Prophet’s Hadith”, peace be upon him.

This study showed scientists consensus on prohibition of woman traveling that is not obligatory for her, without a “mahram”, and it’s required the existence of “mahram”; because of the “Hajj” is obligatory on the woman, and there is no difference between young and old woman on this issue, and the mahram’s control, according to scientists, is that he is forbidden from woman's marriage on permanent basis.
