Abstract EN

The study included the significance of customs and traditions, their forms and argumentation and effect in changing the Shari judgments.

The study highlighted the Fiqhi implications for changing judgments by traditions in the period of the holy message, or in the period of Followers and their followers or in the period of Imams as examples.

The study also addressed the extent to which Fiqhi judgments are built around customs and traditions currently in a world full of changes.

Scholars have to focus more on the practical aspect of what is common at this time to left hardships of people
