Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the inflation causes, types and effects, the role of Zakat in fighting and mitigation inflation effects, it’s role in distribution of wealth to achieve social solidarity, its important role which can be played in reducing inflation problem caused by high demand, and expenditure, imbalances structural through providing cash flows in the economy, and adjusting the total demand, redistributing cash surplus, anti-inflation spiral of wages and prices, in order to achieve the optimal operation of the production capacity.

The study found that Zakat is an important financial instrument can lead a major role in the treatment of inflation, distributing money fairly in accordance with the priorities and needs, treating compactness through the guidance of savings towards investment, and revealed that the principle of local Zakat contribute to the distribution of the cash surplus in accordance with productivity trends, and it is working to increase GNP due to the wide segment of the population that pay zakat
